Notes: Local on heathland and moorland throughout much of Scotland, Wales and western England. Not recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 20-29 mm. Lacks central dot on wings, otherwise could be confused with Lesser Cream Wave S. immutata. Larva feeds on Heather and Bilberry.
