1900 Bordered Chequer (Nematocampa limbata) (Haworth, 1809) - (Geometridae / Ennominae)


Notes: Occurrence in the British Isles unconfirmed. This North American species was said to have been recorded in the 18th Century. Wingspan 19-25 mm. Larva feeds on Apple, Birch and Oak and various other species of North American deciduous trees; no evidence of breeding in the UK.
